Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our third-party logistics center (3PL) in the Netherlands.
Please note that we do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

• Non-EU Europe (e.g., UK, Norway, Switzerland): 5–10 business days

• International orders: 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the EU — these will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@aeromixer.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped within the EU include VAT where applicable.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
