Data Deletion Instructions

Aeromixer ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have used Facebook Login to access our website or services, this page explains how to request deletion of the data we obtained from Facebook.

What Data We Collect via Facebook Login

When you sign in with Facebook, we may receive and store the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your Facebook profile ID

  • Your profile picture (if provided)

  • Any additional permissions you granted at login

This data is used to create and manage your account, process orders, and communicate with you about your purchases.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You have two options to request the deletion of your personal data.

Option 1: Remove App Access via Facebook

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

  3. Locate Aeromixer in the list of active apps.

  4. Click Remove to revoke our access to your Facebook data.

Removing the app stops future data sharing between Facebook and [Your Store Name], but it does not automatically delete data we have already stored. To request full deletion, please also follow Option 2.

Option 2: Email Us a Deletion Request

Send an email to info@aeromixer.com with the following details:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request

  • Include in the body:

    • The email address associated with your account

    • Your full name as registered

    • A brief statement confirming that you would like your personal data deleted

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity by confirming the request originated from the email associated with your account.

  2. Delete or anonymize the personal information linked to your Facebook Login, including name, email, Facebook ID, and profile picture.

  3. Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request.

Data We May Retain

Please note that certain information may be retained after your deletion request, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. This includes:

  • Order and transaction records (retained for tax, accounting, and legal compliance requirements)

  • Records required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms of Service

  • Anonymized data that can no longer be used to identify you

Where possible, this retained data will be anonymized or de-identified so it cannot be linked back to you.
